Qualifications:

• 1+ years of kitchen experience (high-volume cooking preferred).
• Strong kitchen skills and station setup.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Previous experience with Asian cuisine is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items following recipes and restaurant’s standards.
• Set up, maintain, and sanitize cooking stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Keep and maintain inventory, ensuring all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated using FIFO practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Exhibit teamwork, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
