As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our café operates smoothly. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders efficiently. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. Prepare food items according to company standards while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Assist in the upselling of menu items to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure timely service. Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout shifts. Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with upselling or sales techniques is a plus. Knowledge of food service operations is beneficial but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
