Position Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Utility Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, assisting with the delivery of food and beverages, and supporting the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish area, and dining areas Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and clean environment Support the kitchen and bar teams with additional tasks as needed Additional responsibilities as assigned to ensure the success of the business.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
