Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and organizing ingredients for sushi dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure high-quality service. Collaborate with chefs to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation. Utilize knife skills effectively to enhance the quality of food preparation. Support the team in various kitchen tasks to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
