Duties Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve food items in accordance with restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout the shift. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication, customer service skills, and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
