Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to food preparation and customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and understanding retail math concepts. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations.
