Daily responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen inventory, and complying with food safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food in a timely manner. Ultimately, you will ensure that all food is properly cooked and served and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members Ability to manage inventory and maintain proper food quality parameters Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Must be available Monday to Saturday, including holidays Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs Managing team member performance and staffing needs Overseeing daily inventory needs Executing catering orders and unique customer needs Communicate needs to other leaders in order to fill gaps Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals
