Duties Assist in communication between the kitchen and servers by calling out orders, checking on the status of food, and sharing information about food requests or out-of-stock items. Manage the fl ow of orders, making sure all are prepared in a timely manner. Oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen, ensuring they meet restaurant standards. Make fi nishing touches to dishes, such as adding garnish or removing smudges. Enforce health and safety regulations. Work with customers on food-related complaints Assist with other jobs as needed in the kitchen, including cleaning activities and taking inventory 2. Any other general tasks & responsibilities.
