• What You’ll Be Doing:

• + Prepare and cook delicious meals, especially breakfast, using standardized recipes and techniques + Assist with setting up and closing down the kitchen line for breakfast and other service periods + Help prep ingredients and dishes for the following day + Operate and maintain kitchen equipment with care and attention to safety + Ensure proper food storage, sanitation, and temperature regulations are followed + Support a clean and organized kitchen by sanitizing work areas and managing waste + Master our menus, presentation standards, and preparation methods + Pitch in wherever needed to support the team — from dishwashing to setup + Follow company safety, cleanliness, and service standards + Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall kitchen operations •

What We’re Looking For:

• + Previous customer service and/or culinary experience preferred + At least 6 months of hands-on kitchen or culinary experience + High school diploma or equivalent + Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days) + Culinary certification a plus + Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly + Comfortable with standing, bending, and walking for long periods + Reliable, flexible, and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays •Why You’ll Want to
