Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook delicious porchetta sandwiches and other menu items according to recipes and standards. Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Interact with guests on a daily basis and assist them with their order.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and safety standards. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment. Passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field. Strong customer service skills.
