We are looking for dish washer, line cooks, prep, and expo staff. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the kitchen staff in delivering high-quality meals. These roles are essential for ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation while adhering to health and safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support chefs and cooks by preparing ingredients, such as chopping vegetables or measuring ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a hygienic work environment. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during meal periods. Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
