This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and providing support to chefs and other kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transportation and be at least 21 years of age. Duties Perform food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste. Buss tables and assist with dining area cleanliness to enhance the overall guest experience. Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of all meals served. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary and addressing any inquiries. Assist bartenders with ice, cutting fruits etc Skills Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong understanding of food handling practices and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members efficiently. Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus. A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills.
