You will be responsible for food preparation, meal assembly, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare ingredients for meals, including chopping, slicing, and dicing using proper knife skills. Assist in meal preparation according to menu specifications and dietary guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Handle food items safely and efficiently, adhering to all food handling protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and quality of meals served. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings. Support the culinary team in various tasks as needed, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
