Kitchen Staff Steadfast Fine Coffee LLC 603 Taylor Street, Nashville, TN 37208 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our Steadfast crew! This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a commitment to giving every guest a great experience and a great sense of self-motivation with high energy! Duties Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for cooking. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to create dishes that meet our quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring safe food handling practices at all times. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. A passion for the food and coffee industry.
