You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and support the overall dining experience for our guests. Your passion for food service and hospitality will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences. Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and bussing tables. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Support banquet operations by assisting with setup, service, and breakdown as needed. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to management. Participate in ongoing training to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service. Basic skills in food preparation techniques are a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic kitchen setting.
