Whether you’re churning ice cream, preparing inclusions, orassisting with deliveries, you’ll play a key role in bringing ourhandcrafted treats to life. What You’ll Do Bring creativity and care to every batch, following Clumpies’time-tested recipes while maintaining the highest qualitystandards. Work in both hot and cold kitchen environments, preparingeverything from sauces and baked goods to creamy ice creams andrefreshing sorbets. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure our ice cream is alwayssafe and delicious, keeping up with sanitation and cleanlinesspractices. Support the production team by assisting with ingredient prep,setup, and maintaining an organized kitchen space. Keep Clumpies stocked and ready by helping with deliveries andensuring each location has the freshest flavors available. Collaborate and communicate, sharing ideas, feedback, andenthusiasm with your teammates to create a positive and productivework environment. Adapt to the needs of the team, whether it’s jumping in toassist with a full production day or helping prep for a big order,remaining flexible is key!

Requirements:

What Makes You a Great Fit You’re passionate about creating something special and takepride in making high-quality products. You have at least two years of experience in food service and awillingness to learn and grow. You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoyworking with a close-knit team. You’re comfortable following recipes and food safety proceduresto ensure consistency and quality. You’re detail-oriented and organized, keeping track ofproduction schedules and ingredient prep. You’re open to working flexible hours, including weekends,evenings, and special events. You can comfortably lift up to 50 pounds and spend long hoursstanding, moving, and working with your hands.
