Culinary Team Member 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Chattanooga, TN 37408 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Culinary Team Members to join our team as we create a new experience for Chattanooga. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and food handling, with a strong commitment to food safety and quality. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for the food industry, we want to hear from you. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in menu planning and development, including catering options for special events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Adapt recipes for dietary restrictions or preferences when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting, preferably within fine dining or fast pace environments. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. Familiarity with dietary department requirements is a plus.
