Kitchen Associate Bea’s Restaurant 4500 Dodds Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37407 Overview We are looking for kitchen team members who are eager to be a part of a great culture, learn, and help us continue our 75 year old business. Applicants should be ready to work in a professional, fast-paced kitchen environment. We are a high volume business, all-you-can-eat and full service. Responsibilities Our kitchen team, collectively, is responsible for the following: Cooking Dishwashing Food Prep Food Safety Cleanup Our kitchen is split into four areas: Dishwasher

• Clean all serving bowls, plates, cups, utinsils. Steamtable
• Serve food from the steamtable and assure quality. Fryer
• Prepare and cook all fried foods. Cook
• Prepare and cook all non-fried foods At our business, responibility for the product we put on the table is shared by everyone. One day an employee may fry chicken, the next run the dishwasher. We ensure cross-training and oppourtunities for employees to learn how to do every job in the building and develop new skills. Schedule Our hours of operation are 11AM
• 8PM, Wed
• Sun.

Kitchen team members work a four day week , 9 to 10 hours a day. This does not include the 30 minute break. We require a full staff on weekends and do not offer Saturdays or Sundays off. Qualifications We only require that employees be professional and able-bodied for work in a kitchen. Frequent lifting of up to 50lbs and spending a majority of the shift on your feet is neccesary for this position.
