Duties As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals according to established recipes and standards. Ensuring all food handling and preparation areas are clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. Supporting the kitchen staff with various tasks such as chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Maintaining inventory levels of kitchen supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Collaborating with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Adhering to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen environment. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
