Couch BBQ is a great environment to work in. We have been in business for 79 years. Families have been eating with us for generations. If you’re ready for a wholesome, friendly, non corporate work atmosphere, we may be the place for you. When hired, you will be helping with all aspects of the kitchen. Grill, Fry, light prep, sandwich building, plating food, light cleaning, dish, closing. Some tasks will involve lifting of heavier boxes and supplies. Please be aware that Friday and Saturday availability is required. For full time you will need to be available for all our open hours (listed below). Wages are based on experience. You can expect your hourly wage and tips to average $15-20+/hour. Yes, BOH gets tip share!

No late nights (we close at 8). Always closed on Sunday and Monday, as well as all major holidays. After 1 year, full time employees get 1 weeks paid vacation.
