Full-time or part-time | Weekdays, weekends, and holidays Join Our Culinary Team for the Summer Season! Chattanooga Golf & Country Club is now hiring seasonal kitchen staff to support our culinary operations during the busy summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen while working with an experienced and supportive team. Pay & Bonus

• Base Pay:

  $15/hour

• $5/hour Completion Bonus
• Earn an additional $5 for every hour worked, paid out at the end of the 18-week season if you complete your contract
• Overtime Paid at $22.50/hour (1.5x base pay) for all hours worked over 40/week
• The completion bonus is not included in overtime calculations
• All compensation is subject to applicable withholdings and deductions

Employment Dates Approximate Term:

May 13th

• September 9th, 2025 Flexible start/end dates (“on or about”) depending on club needs and applicant availability.

Job Duties May Include:

• Assisting with food prep and plating for member dining and events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in kitchen stations
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting line cooks and chefs as needed
• Washing dishes and assisting with general kitchen tasks Requirements
• Must be reliable and punctual — no more than 4 unexcused absences permitted during the term
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
