This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional food service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and hospitality, contributing to a positive dining experience.at least 3 years of experience in the kitchen Duties Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support the cooking staff by preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking tasks as needed. Buss tables and assist with serving food during busy periods or special events. Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation. Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns as required. Skills Culinary skills with a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Experience in food preparation and handling within a kitchen or hospitality environment. Knowledge of food service techniques, including bussing and serving. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members efficiently. A background in hotel or banquet settings is a plus but not required. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
