Kitchen Team Member Original Louis’ Restaurant 4661 Old Broadway St, Knoxville, TN 37918 Original Louis is a fast-paced and high volume family owned restaurant. Our signature dishes are spaghetti, hand-breaded onion rings, premium steaks, and baked dishes. We have a family work environment that promotes team work, communication, and quality customer service. Full-time and part-time positions available. Cook positions work on all stations of food preparation and cook lines.

Essential job functions are:

• Reading English and speaking conversational English,
• Accurately and efficiently preparing menu items with a high degree of expertise,
• Opening and closing the kitchen
• Preparing all food according to FDA guidelines. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ability and willingness to assist in all areas of the restaurant when needed,
• Maintaining attendance in accordance to our policies,
• Being prepared, in uniform, and punctual for shifts, and
• Other duties as assigned.
