The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or catering environments and possess a strong understanding of food preparation, safety, and handling. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals that meet our standards and satisfy our guests. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus that cater to dietary needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of food items. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Adapt recipes and cooking methods as necessary to accommodate special dietary requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety, and handling practices. Familiarity with culinary terminology and cooking methods.
