You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring quality, safety and presentation. Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with a positive attitude. Help prep food for the day as needed before and during the shift. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
