Kitchen/Delivery Assistant (Part Time) 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 80 Memorial Avenue, Manchester Center, VT 05255 The Kitchen/Delivery Assistant will execute and coordinate various kitchen preparation tasks that are needed to maintain a smoothly running and successful school Food Service program as well as a high-quality and compliant satellite food service program at BRSU satellite kitchen sites. Working efficiently and continuously throughout the day in this supportive role, the Kitchen Assistant helps with daily tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager. The Kitchen/Delivery Assistant manages their time in a way that allows them to prepare what is needed for the day as well as assist the Kitchen Manager with additional prep tasks, put food deliveries away, and follow required food safety and sanitation procedures.

The Kitchen/Delivery Assistants responsibilities will be focused on daily delivery and service to BRSU Satellite kitchen sites. In this role, the Kitchen/Delivery Assistant will report to Manchester Elementary Middle School (MEMS), pick up, transport and serve the required items to the satellite kitchen, then return to MEMS on a daily basis. Daily travel to one or multiple sites is required.
