One Stop Aquatic Safety LLC is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and safety-conscious Lifeguards to join our dedicated team. As a lifeguard supervisor, you’ll supervise and lead our lifeguard staff, ensuring they consistently enforce safety guidelines, deliver outstanding guest service, and maintain a secure, welcoming aquatic environment for all patrons. Responsibilities Supervise lifeguard staff to ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. Conduct regular training sessions in first aid, CPR, and swimming techniques. Oversee pool maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe environment for guests. Provide excellent guest services, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to pool equipment and maintenance. Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate daily operations effectively. What We’re Looking For:
