QUALIFICATIONS
Typically requires a high school diploma and 3 or more years of experience.
May require lifeguard CPR or pool operator certification.
Knowledge of the field’s policies procedures and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees a team of lifeguards and pool or cabana staff during an assigned shift or in the absence of the Pool Manager. Ensures that pool facilities including concession stands pool bar changing rooms and showers are cleaned and maintained in accordance withpany standards and safety regulations. Promotes and participates in recreational activities involving the use of the pool.
