Internal Candidates Must be at least 18 years of age. Employed by Watermelon Swim for a minimum of 6 months, preferably working full-time hours. Recommended by 2 WMS Managers; one must be a Site Manager. Must be in good standing Must be cross-trained (CSR and Instructor) One must be a trainer in at least one area, instructor or CSR Must be CPR, and First Aid Certified; Lifeguard certification required if current instructor. If CSR, must be willing to be Lifeguard Certified within 90 days of promotion internally. Be willing to travel to all WMS’s locations. This full-time position includes competitive pay and benefits.
