Position Summary:
The Life Guard is responsible to assist our Members with all of their water endeavors. Performing all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Fitness Manager, at an exceptional level. Reports directly to the
Fitness Manager Major Responsibilities:
Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe Organizing and overseeing pool parties Providing swim lessons and coaching swim team when applicable Maintaining a clean pool environment
Skills and Abilities:
§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. § Must be a team player.
Education/Training/Certificates/Licenses:
1. Must be lifeguard certified. 2. Strong Swimmer Position is part time on call basis working events mainly on weekends and holidays.
