Lifeguard Supervisor 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Miami, FL 33132 Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at One Stop Aquatic Safety LLC. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supervising subordinate personnel engaged in aquatics activities and safety procedures by scheduling and evaluating work activities at the water park. Perform duties ranging from directly lifeguarding, including providing CPR, First Aid, and conducting victim/witness surveys to providing skilled tasks including but not limited to assigning lifeguard, staff rotations with lifeguard breaks promptly. Responsibilities Supervise the daily operations of the water park, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and standards of quality and safety. Establishes and enforces water park rules and operating procedures. Ensures the water park opens and closes at the proper time. Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Respond promptly to emergencies and administer first aid or CPR as needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area. Provide excellent guest services and communicate effectively with patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment. Assist in pool maintenance tasks as required. Requirements Must hold a valid American Red Cross lifeguard certification Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if necessary. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be willing to drive to other job sites as required by management.
