Full Job Description Description Seasonal Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for keeping the pools organized, orderly and clean.

Skill Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age as of hire date. Must present a professional image. Must be outgoing and able to work with all types of people. Must be energetic. Must be able to manage time effectively. Must be able to take directives then execute with limited guidance. Duties and Responsibilities Set up the pool deck by organizing chairs, tables and umbrellas. Maintain pool deck in an organized and clean manner throughout shift; clean up the general pool area by returning furniture back to proper locations and keeping pool deck free of trash and debris, to include emptying trash bins on pool deck and restrooms. Wipe down gym equipment. Return free weights back to original racks. Pick-up litter off the floors. Make sure restrooms are free of litter on floors and countertops. Report to management any maintenance issues. Physical Requirements Capable of working extended hours, to include evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary. Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of various levels of education and capabilities. Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying and moving objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day. Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail oriented, and with good reasoning skills. Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or painting, with corrective lenses if needed. Environmental Requirements Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays. Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. For safety reasons, employee must remain alert to working conditions and aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns. Must be able to work effectively and cheerfully in an environment which may be stressful due to adversarial situations resulting from the proper performance of duties.
