With this expansion we are looking for someone to fill the Clayton/Henry/Newton County General Manager position. This position is

meaning that the more you help grow the counties you are in charge, of the more you will see it directly impact your earnings. Since we are a new company and are trying to expand, we need a driven and motivated person that is willing to join us for the process of building up aquatics programing within your county discretion. You will be in charge of building, maintaining, and managing all operations in Clayton, Henry, and Newton Counties by working with our Potential Partnership Communication Director to find new locations to open programing and growing already established programing places.

Responsibilities:

Coming up with strategies to grow our programing Working with the potential partnership communications department to find pools/facilities to partner with Closing deals with potential partners Working with marketing to market the county’s programming in an effective way Working with the coordinating department to help get people registered and enrolled into whatever programing the client is being enrolled into Hiring swim instructors, lifeguards, on deck leads (deck managers), swim coaches, water aerobics instructors, and any other type of staff that is needed Monitoring customer satisfaction and adjusting programs to fit clientele need Thinking of new types of programing to make our program stand out Keep your county staff accountable Be a deck manager for Learn to Swim Lessons Coach swim team (if candidate has swim team experience) Be a last option substitute for swim lessons, lifeguarding, deck managing etc Handle clientele concerns, questions, etc and escalate to HR if needed Advertising our program to personal connections Being a positive and supportive leader and setting the standard for all incoming staff

Payment Structure:

Flat monthly base of $100.00-$150.00 + $15.00-$17.00 per hour + commissions (10% of all scheduled programing revenue in Clayton/Henry/Newton County) or solely commissions if commissions outweigh the flat monthly base. This will cover the administrative side of things. Hourly pay for any swim instructing, lifeguarding, deck managing, swim coaching, water aerobics instructing, representative work you choose to do. Hourly rate will depend on your experience Payout upon completion for mobile private swim lesson inquiries (80% of what the client pays) Bonus pay stipends for mileage and bonus tasks completion $20.00 per successful conversion of someone you recommend to our programing

Requirements/Certifications:

Lifeguard Certification through nationally accredited organization First Aid/CPR/AED certification (BLS) Leadership skills Aquatics experience Swim instructing and/or lifeguarding experience Needs to be able to perform all 4 strokes of swimming A passion for aquatics Willingness to help the company grow A positive attitude Management experience Good communication skills Must live within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area All certifications must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
