Their duties include teaching children indoor, outdoor and recreational skills, overseeing and planning camp activities and learning and implementing emergency protocol efforts to ensure the protection of campers. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in various camp activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Assist in planning and implementing educational and recreational programs tailored to children’s interests and needs. Provide guidance and support in behavior management and conflict resolution among campers. Maintain a positive atmosphere by fostering teamwork and encouraging participation in group activities. Administer first aid as necessary and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
