Pool Attendant The Pool Attendant Company Suwanee, GA 30024 We are looking for friendly faces to join our team as pool attendants working in Suwanee, Georgia. As a pool attendant, your job is to independently maintain a positive experience at a community pool by checking guests in and organizing furniture. We are currently hiring people for this role who are available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and summer holidays. This position starts on May 24th. This job is great for readers, students, and those with attention to detail. You must have a high school diploma or equal! The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record in producing consistent results in an independent role. No prior experience is necessary for this position. We train all new hires.

What to expect:

A community will see you as the figure of authority for their swimming pool as you will be responsible for signing in guests, enforcing rules, and maintaining cleanliness. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; you are the sole supervisory figure of the pool so you must be someone who has a high level of integrity and attention to detail. You must be someone who can perform well under stress as there may be times when conflicts could arise as a result of your enforcement of rules.

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or greater Experience in customer facing positions No visible tattoos OR ability to cover tattoos on face/neck/hands during shift. No excessive facial piercings Ability to pass pre-employment and/or random drug test No more than 4 jobs in the past 2 years Reliable Transportation Must be able to pass a background check Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the pool area, ensuring a welcoming environment. Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Engage with guests, offering information about amenities and events. Handle conflicts and guest concerns with professionalism and poise. Maintain cleanliness in the pool area. Qualifications Strong customer service and guest service skills Ability to manage events and handle conflicts effectively Relevant experience with children and public speaking is a plus Background in food service, hospitality, or resort environments is beneficial No prior experience required; training will be provided
