The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all pool patrons, maintaining a clean and safe swimming environment, and providing excellent guest services. This role requires strong swimming skills, the ability to perform rescues, and a commitment to upholding safety standards. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform regular pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical balancing. Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations. Assist guests with questions or concerns, delivering exceptional guest services. Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and equipment. Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, documenting as necessary. Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain certification and skills. Experience Previous experience as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively. Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certifications is required; additional certifications in lifeguarding are a plus. Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is advantageous. Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary, such as moving equipment or performing rescues.
