Maintain a safe pool environment Ensure the safety of all swimmers Communicate effectively with all staff and members Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome Report to manager if complaints are unresolved Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction As a leader in swim instruction for over 30 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation.
