$17.00/hour Part-time Are you passionate about swimming and ready to take the lead on deck? We’re looking for a Deck Supervisor to join our team and help create a safe, fun, and positive swim environment for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise swim lessons and ensure safety and class flow on the pool deck Communicate with parents about swimmer progress and skill development Support and guide instructors to maintain lesson quality and consistency Make announcements clearly and confidently over the PA system Uphold facility policies and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
? Background in swimming (competitive, instructional, or recreational) ? At least 18 years of age ? Strong communication and leadership skills ? Comfortable speaking with parents and addressing swimmer development ? Able to make clear, professional announcements to groups If you’re organized, confident, and love being part of a swim-focused team, we’d love to meet you! Apply today
