Monarch is searching for a dedicated Seasonal Pool Monitor to join our team at Cedar Trace Apartments in Maryland Heights! The Seasonal Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the community pool is being enjoyed by residents while upholding the rules & regulations of the property.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Sunday from 11AM to 7PM from now until end of season Labor Day weekend
Compensation:
$16.00 to $18.00 per hour
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all pool rules and regulations are adhered to at all times Open, close, and secure pool gates according to the official pool hours Inspect and ensure that pool safety equipment such as a life ring, rescue pole hook or any other safety equipment required by local laws are present and in good working condition Check pool passes, of all people to ensure they are authorized to use it Ensure that residents do not have more than two (2) guests and that the resident is present during guest usage Make sure that the amount of people in the pool area does not exceed the limit permitted by local code Skim debris from the pool as needed with net Straighten up and leave the pool area in neat and orderly condition at the beginning and end of each work shift Report any damaged equipment such as but not limited to chairs, tables, umbrellas, ladders, etc. to the Property Manager within 24 hrs. or immediately if it poses a health & safety issue Knowledge, Skills and Experience required
MUST BE A CERTIFIED LIFEGUARD
