Lifeguard (Year Round) Branson Waterpark Hotel 3001 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, MO 65616 Branson Waterpark Hotel is looking for a full-time and part-time Lifeguard for our new renovated waterpark in Branson, MO. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and outgoing individual who is eager to learn and grow with our organization. Guaranteed 40+ hours a week, if seeking full time!

Lifeguard Job Description:
As a lifeguard at Branson Waterpark Hotel, you’ll be responsible for the safety and well-being of our guests in the waterpark area. Your vigilant presence will ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Your duties will include:
Monitoring the waterpark area, promptly addressing any safety concerns or potential hazards. Enforcing waterpark rules and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a positive experience for guests. Assisting in water-based emergencies, performing water rescues as needed with competence and professionalism. Participating in regular training and drills to maintain your lifeguarding skills at their peak. Providing excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a friendly and informative manner. Collaborating with fellow team members to maintain the waterpark’s cleanliness and overall appeal. Supervise all aquatic activities in and near the water Minimize or eliminate hazardous situations or behaviors by enforcing rules and reporting hazards to management Provide water rescues, CPR/AED when needed and activate waterpark emergency action plan Perform opening, ongoing and closing duties as assigned Operate aquatics attraction slides Pool Attendant duties when assigned job duty of checking wristbands in lifeguard office as patrons and guests enter facility Respond quickly and effectively to all emergencies Provide first aid and emergency care when required Perform to the standards of BWH and American Red Cross standards Lifeguard your assigned zones per rotation Provide excellent customer service and exhibit our core values
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Provided! Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain attentive and focused during shifts. Open availability is a plus!
