Summary We are seeking Lifeguards to join our team at Jackson Yacht Club. In this role, you will ensure the safety of our members and guests at our swimming facilities while providing excellent guest services. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for outstanding recreational experiences. Responsibilities Monitor the swimming area to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities for cleanliness and safety standards. Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed. Provide excellent guest services by interacting positively with members and visitors. Requirements Current Lifeguard certification required. Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues effectively. Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred. Ability to lift heavy objects as needed for pool maintenance.
