Lifeguard Williams Recreational Center Bunnlevel, NC 28323 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests at our outdoor aquatic facility. Our venue have an above ground pool. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to providing excellent guest services, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, including water quality checks and cleanliness. Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks. Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and offering assistance when needed. Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain certification and improve skills. Qualifications Current Lifeguard certification is required; CPR and First Aid certifications are required Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively. Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services. Ability to lift heavy equipment or perform physical tasks as needed. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends. A commitment to safety protocols and procedures is essential.
