PM Location:
Lake Norman, Charlotte, NC We’re looking for certified lifeguards to join our safety team for Black Boat Weekend — a high-energy boating event with over 50 boats, live DJs, and hundreds of attendees on the water.
Pay:
$40-$65/hour (based on experience and certification)
Shift:
Full-day coverage from 11 AM to 7
PM Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring swimmers and boaters for safety
- Responding to emergencies
- Enforcing basic water safety rules
- Assisting with coordination of safe docking and tie-ups
Must Have:
- Valid Lifeguard Certification
- CPR & First Aid Training
- Strong swimming ability
- Ability to stay alert in a busy, outdoor environment
