We are searching for enthusiastic lifeguards who have a passion for working with children and keeping our pools safe. We are a year-round swim school offering swim lessons & swim team to all ages and abilities. Our current growth in the Triangle has brought on the demand to expand our Raleigh Swim School team. Job Description Our lifeguards work hard to ensure the safety of every individual that steps foot onto our pool deck. We are looking to hire high energy individuals who work well in a team environment. We are looking to fill part-time year-round positions. You will have the ability to work with our scheduling department to create a schedule convenient for you. Qualifications Must be 15+ Experience in swimming and/or swim instruction/coaching/ lifeguarding Valid Lifeguard Certification or willing to complete Lifeguard Certification Course w/ Raleigh Swim School (Deep Water Lifeguard Certification is accepted) Reliable transportation Daytime and evening availability encouraged for weekdays! Strong soft skills
