Qualifications a. Customer service a. on time for scheduled group and private lessons. b. Organize the class environment to ensure individual success. c. Use appropriate positive feedback to evaluate participants progress and corrective actions. d. Make sure all swim aids and accessories are put away at completion of your shift. e. Ensure participants meet course completion requirements. f. Provide positive critique and guidance to those unable to complete course requirements. g. Provide administrative assistance in Aquatics at the Program desk and Service desk.
Experience Preferred/Desired:
One Year of Instructor experience
Special Skills Minimum Required:
Ability to multi-task over several given areas of the Aquatic area. Flexibility to adapt to change. Compassion and patience.
