Seasonal Lifeguard Hawk Pool Management Barnegat, NJ 08005 Job Overview We’re on the hunt for lifeguards who can spot trouble before it starts, rock a whistle like a fashion statement, and maybe even pull off a slow-mo walk by the pool (bonus points if you already practice it). If you know how to stay chill in the heat and handle business with confidence, you’re our kind of lifeguard. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Provide immediate assistance in emergency situations, including performing CPR and first aid when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Engage with guests to promote a welcoming atmosphere and address any concerns or inquiries. Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid.
