Summary We are seeking a Lifeguard to join our team at Midland. In this role, you will ensure the safety of all participants during aquatic activities while providing a supportive environment that aligns with our mission of promoting self-determination and community inclusion. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all participants. Perform rescues and administer first aid as needed. Assist with pool maintenance tasks including cleaning and equipment checks. Provide excellent guest services to participants. Requirements NJ Criminal Background Clearance is required. Current CPR certification is required. First Aid certification is preferred. Experience in lifeguarding or related field is highly desirable. Ability to swim proficiently and perform rescues when necessary. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with participants and staff.
