The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming skills, a commitment to maintaining a safe environment, and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment for cleanliness and safety. Assist in pool maintenance and cleaning tasks to uphold facility standards. Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and pool maintenance activities. Skills Proficient swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues. Certified Lifeguard with current First Aid and CPR certifications. Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures and equipment. Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Capable of performing heavy lifting as required for equipment handling.
