As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing exceptional guest services. Your primary responsibility will be to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies while maintaining a clean and safe swimming environment. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed. Conduct regular pool maintenance, including cleaning and chemical checks. Provide excellent guest services by answering questions and addressing concerns. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols. Skills Proficient in swimming with strong lifeguarding skills. Certified in Lifegaurding CPR and First Aid; additional certifications are a plus. Experience with pool maintenance and cleaning procedures a plus. Strong communication skills for effective guest interaction. Capability to remain calm under pressure and handle requests with poise. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and service excellence.
