About the Role As a Lifeguard at urSwim, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping swimmers safe and ensuring a fun, worry-free experience at private pools. Whether monitoring recreational swim time or assisting with lessons, you’ll be a key part of our dedicated, safety-first team.

What You’ll Do:

Create a 5-star experience for our swimmers and their families. Maintain a safe and positive environment by supervising pool activities and enforcing rules. Respond swiftly to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid as needed. Maintain pool cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment. Monitor pool chemistry and cleanliness (don’t worry—we’ll teach you!). Assist with swim instruction under the guidance of certified instructors. Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and clients about safety protocols. Report any incidents, missing equipment, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor. Wear your lifeguard uniform with pride and represent urSwim in a professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:

Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization. CPR & First Aid Certification (required). Strong swimming skills and a passion for aquatic safety. Individuals with reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Experience in guest services or swim instruction is a plus!
